Ten musicians, including two accordion masters of South and Northeast Brazil, and guitarists, reedists percussionists and others present music that is emotionally and rhythmically resonant, accompanied by a panoramic video that transports the audience to some of the most beautiful and surprising parts of Brazil. The video, part of the "Projecto Memoria Brasiliera --Brazil Memory Project," is also fascinating storytelling about the accordion's importance to the life of the culture, and includes such memorable vignettes as an interview with an 80 year old accordion maker.
