Alamaailman Vasarat ("The Hammers of the Underworld")is a Finnish group playing kebab-kosher-jazz-film-traffic-punk-music with a unique Scandinavian acoustic touch. Hammers themselves consider their music to have its roots in the traditional ethnic trends of their own (fictional) continent, Vasaraasia ("Hammer-Asia".) The Alamaailman Vasarat weaponry consists of saxes, clarinets, a trombone, tuba, 2 cellos with multi-effects, a pump organ, other keyboards, and drums & percussion.
